Installation instructions

• Remove the plastic film.
• Split the bathtub faucet filter into two parts by unscrewing it in the middle.
• Remove the white hanger and peel off the plastic from the filter.
• Gently press the hanger through two opposite holes.
• Place the filter in the lower part and screw the bathtub faucet filter back together.
• Hang the bathtub faucet filter around the bathtub faucet.
• Let hot water run through the filter for approximately 5 minutes.

Filtration is done by passing the water through multiple stages of ERA-6500 and ERA-9500, followed by granular activated carbon. Effectively reduces: chlorine products, VOCs, THMs, pesticides, heavy metals, water-soluble sulfur, iron oxides (rust), bad odors, and is pH balanced. Easy to attach to all bathtub faucets. Filter capacity of 130,000 liters or 12-18 months.

Double exposure to chlorine

Unfiltered shower and bath water provide a double exposure to chlorine, both through inhalation of the steam and absorption by the skin. Exposure to waterborne chemicals can be up to 100 times stronger in a hot shower than from a glass of water. Since tap water usually contains chlorine, you breathe in chlorine gas every time you shower. If you shower for ten minutes every day for a year, it is equivalent to breathing in warm chlorine gas for a total of two and a half days, which is a compelling reason to get a shower filter.
